FY26 META Reimbursement Program

The Reimbursement Portal is now open for campaigns running July through December 31, 2025. Reimbursement Documentation is due through the portal by January 30, 2026.

Social media continues to play a powerful role in travel inspiration and decision-making, especially on platforms like Instagram and Facebook, where travelers discover new destinations and experiences through engaging visuals and authentic stories. Including social in your advertising mix is a smart way to reach potential visitors in the moments that matter most.

Program Overview

We want to express our gratitude for your enthusiastic participation in our Meta Co-op Program. Due to the overwhelming response, we have reached the threshold for reimbursements based on the current applications received.

The funds allocated for reimbursements in this program have been fully committed. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional reimbursement requests at this time.

For those of you who did not make the current reimbursement cut, we encourage you to stay engaged with us as new opportunities may arise. Please consider joining our waitlist for additional funding for the Social Media co-op program. If additional funds are available, we will reach out on a first-come, first-serve basis.

For those partners who received an approved application before the program was closed, please find the information below about the next Reimbursement cycle.

Reimbursement Process

Reimbursements will be made on a half-year basis. All reimbursement documentation must be emailed to by submission deadlines below:

  • For campaigns running July through December 31, 2025 (Q3/Q4 2025):
    • Reimbursement Documentation due by January 30, 2026
    • Payments made to partners by March 2, 2026
  • For campaigns running January through June 30, 2026 (Q1/Q2 2026):
    • Reimbursement Documentation due by July 31, 2026
    • Payments made to partners by September 1, 2026
