Through the FY27 Content Creation Co-op, partners work with Collector Studios—a professional video production company—to capture high-end, cinematic b-roll and a finished, placement-ready video. The program is catered to DMOs and localities to emphasize regional content creation.
Program Overview
Partner investment for this program is $7,500, matched 1:1 by VTC. This $15,000 total investment allows for a high-end cinematic video shoot in your locality. The program includes:
Planning
- Creative kickoff and planning call with Collector Studios and VTC’s Creative Team
- Story and shot planning aligned with your tourism goals and VTC messaging
- Guidance on how to make the most of the production day
Production
- One full on-location production day
- Cinematic video capture, with minimal photography coverage as an added value
- Destination b-roll focused on evergreen tourism storytelling
- Assets designed to support both local and statewide marketing value
Deliverables
- Finalized, media-ready video with your choice of : two :15s, one :30, or one :60
- One round of consolidated revisions
- Music, color, and finishing
- Organized footage and asset handoff via shared drive
- All assets (b-roll, images, etc.) are fully rights cleared in perpetuity and shared between the partner and VTC.
