Campaign: Winter WanderLove

CAMPAIGN OVERVIEW

The 2025 Virginia is for Lovers Winter WanderLove Campaign promotes Virginia as a premium winter travel destination by offering a 25% discount at select luxury hotels during the off-season. By targeting budget-conscious yet experience-driven travelers through strategic email marketing, engaging social content, and a focused landing page, the campaign aims to drive bookings while expanding Virginia’s email subscriber base.

PARTNER ENGAGEMENT

Future Plans

Should the Winter WanderLove campaign prove successful during its pilot year, VTC will continue the initiative annually and explore expanding the program to include additional hotels and potentially other travel categories, such as restaurant and attraction discounts to complement hotel offers.

If you have hotel partners that should be considered in the future, please contact Patricia Anderson at panderson@virginia.org.
