LOVEwork Listing Process

We’d love to get your LOVEwork listed on Virginia.org and added to our LOVEworks Google map. Listings help visitors on our site discover your destination, provide contact information for the visitor, and even find additional activities in the area. Here’s a sample LOVEwork listing for reference: LOVEwork in Colonial Beach

Our process for adding listings has changed and is detailed below. If you have any questions along the way, please reach out to Robin Mamunes at rmamunes@virginia.org.

Please note: LOVEworks must be permanent and the letters must be at least 4 feet in height and 4 feet in length to be considered for a listing.

Step One:

Register for your free extranet account: Extranet Account Request Form. (Move to step 2 if you have an account) This form creates your extranet account and gives you access to add your LOVEwork listing and your tourism related business listing if applicable. Once your account has been approved, you’ll receive an email with credentials that allow you access to the extranet to add your listing/s.

Step Two:

Once your extranet account is approved, Add your LOVEwork listing under the listings category. Please title it beginning with “LOVEwork at” or “LOVEwork in” to be consistent with the others on our site. Example: LOVEwork at Monticello.

You will use the category Arts/Entertainment and the sub-category LOVEwork. Please give a good description of the sign and a contact number for the traveling public to call along with the hours of operation. You’ll add images under the Media tab.

Step 3:

Email Sarah Atkins directly at satkins@virginia.org the name, email and phone of the person in charge of the LOVE sign.

Questions: reach out to Robin Mamunes: rmamunes@virginia.org
