Partner with Sports Virginia for the TEAMS 2025 Conference (October 13-16) in Columbus, OH.
Space is limited and is first come, first served. Priority goes to partners who have participated in the past. Deadline to commit is July 15th.
Partnership cost if you want to take appointments is $2,700 per person. Only one partner per destination can take appointments.
Fee includes:
- Conference registration
- Sports Virginia Polo
- Inclusion in the Sports Virginia trade show booth (including appointments)
- Client Event (food and beverage)
- Larger booth size (20×20)
Partnership cost if you do not want to take appointments is $2,000 per person.

Partnership cost if you will only participate in the Sports Virginia Networking Event is $400 per person. Must be a registered attendee at TEAMS Conference.
