Instructions for Adding Suggested Itineraries to Virginia.org

Adding your itineraries is easy with the online form in the Administration Tool.

The form provides a description field of up to 400 words, so there is plenty of room to add your themed itineraries that best represent the experiences in your region with your travel industry partners. These itineraries should be written in short paragraph form, without hour by hour timelines. Suggested itineraries should market your region’s best features and “drivers” that makes you unique. Click here for an example.

We will review the itineraries as we receive them and contact you if there are any questions or need further copy or edits. If you have questions or challenges with the website, please contact:

  • Stephanie Kenney, 804-545-5547, skenney@virginia.org
  • Robin Mamunes, 804-545-5545, rmamunes@virginia.org
