Please list how your business and/or web-based product, service or technology complements Virginia Tourism’s E-marketing strategies listed in the Virginia Tourism marketing plan. The plan can be found on our web site at http://www.vatc.org/administration/documents/VTCMktPlan10.pdf.

Please list what other technology, corporate and industry partners you would consider bringing to the table in order to leverage our electronic marketing resources and dollars. Please indicate how your partnerships and marketing goals coincide with our goals as indicated in the marketing plan and how you intend to approach the corporate partner. Like most, we are on extremely tight budgets and we pay particular attention to proposals must include leveraging our resources, partnerships and monies for further value.
- How will you prove that your proposal will be successful in attracting tourists to Virginia?
- What tracking methods and conversion, if applicable, do you implement as a part of your services?
- If you offer a “pay-per-inquiry”, please note in the proposal.
It is extremely important you prove that your technology and partnerships work with VTC’s Electronic marketing strategy and tactics to generate qualified leads and/or tourists, as well as offer creative business and internet technology solutions that service Virginia’s travel industry.
