provides advertising and marketing opportunities for our industry partners in Virginia's Welcome Centers and certain
Rest Areas. These advertising opportunities provide businesses and locations of every size affordable resources that highlight and promote their organizations. Remember, the Virginia Welcome Centers are responsible for assisting more than 3 million visitors annually and are are often the first stop for Virginia visitors! Ensure that your organization is represented by utilizing the VWC's advertising tools!

Brochure Program -
All Virginia Welcome Centers are designed to display a variety of brochures and promotional materials, from standard brochure slots to free standing brochure racks. The investment parameters for participation in VTC's Brochure Program depend on the size of your brochure, the number of locations designated for placement and the length of commitment.

Translites -
Currently,
six Welcome Centers have Translites. VTC offers two sizes of Translites dependent upon the lightbox structure. The portable lightbox is 24" wide by 36" tall. The fixed lightbox is 23" wide by 36" tall.

Advertising Display Panels -
A select few of our centers have laminated image display panels, some enhanced by spotlights and some utilize new framing and fixtures. Image display panels are available in various sizes and are priced accordingly.

Plasma Screen Advertising – WOW our Welcome Center visitors with your state-of-the-art video advertisement. At each Virginia Welcome Center, state-of-the-art, 40”, plasma screen monitorsgreet our visitors. Maintained and managed by The Visitor Channel these video adverts offer a turn-key, cost-effective video advertising solution at a fixed monthly expenditure. Don’t worry about production costs; it’s all part of the package. They will work directly with your organization to design, film, edit and digitally produce a high quality video advertisement.
