Thank you for your interest in the Virginia Travel Guide. The guide is the VTC’s primary consumer fulfillment piece, published each year in December. It contains comprehensive information about Virginia’s travel destinations and attractions as well as listings of restaurants, accommodations and many other travel services.
Get on board now to reserve your advertising space in the 2010 Virginia Travel Guide which will be published in December and will have a circulation of 700,000 printed copies plus electronic versions. Ad sales close September 11, 2009!

Events that are listed in the Virginia Travel Guide are pulled from Virginia.org. Events for 2010 will downloaded from the site, edited and then sent to the guide publisher for inclusion in the guide. Not all events can be included in the guide. VTC reserves the right to edit those as necessary for the guide inclusion. The media description must be filled out as well to be included in the guide.
Events and festivals should be submitted to www.Virginia.org by July 31, 2009.
