Administration services provides oversight through the Board of Directors and the President and CEO. This area provides procurement and human resources functions such as financial reporting, budget development and accounting.
The Virginia Tourism Corporation (VTC) has issued a Request for Proposal #VTC 11-001 to develop and implement an Electronic Multi-Media Travel Information Solution for the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Welcome Centers. Sealed proposals are due not later than 4 p.m. EDT on October 22, 2010. Full details are contained in the Request for Proposal. A mandatory pre-proposal conference/teleconference will be held at 3:30 p.m. EDT, on September 9, 2010, and requires pre-registration by 4 p.m. EDT, September 7, 2010. All parties interested in submitting a proposal are required to attend either in person or via teleconference. Proposals will only be accepted from those Proposers who are represented at this pre-proposal conference/teleconference. See details in the RFP for pre-registration instructions.
